By participating in the Refer-a-Friend Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions.
Defined Terms
Referrer: you, a current Mountain Town Storage, LLC. customer actively renting a storage unit from Mountain Town Storage, LLC.
Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously rented a storage unit with Mountain Town Storage, LLC. before and to whom the Referrer shares about Mountain Town Storage, LLC storage facilities. A “friend” is a person with whom you communicate frequently and have met in person before. A “family member” is a person who is your parent, sibling or child or a person with whom you are related through marriage or common-law partnership.
Referral Credit: Referral credits are monetary values applied to eligible Referrer and Referee accounts that reduce the total amount of fees and rent due for their respective Mountain Town Storage, LLC storage units.

For the Referrer
How to Earn a Referrer Credit: To qualify for a Referral Credit, you must (i) refer only valid Referred Customers (ii) must actively rent a storage unit Mountain Town Storage, LLC with a signed lease agreement for said unit. (iii) the referee must meet all three milestones outlined under "About Our Refer-a-Friend Program" -> "For the "Referee".
For the Referee
How to Earn a Referee Credit: To qualify for a Referral Credit, you must (i) have the first and last name of the Referrer as the "Referred By" or "Source" field in the Referee's customer profile in Mountain Town Storage, LLC current management software/system. (ii) must actively rent a storage unit Mountain Town Storage, LLC with a signed lease agreement. (iii) must have paid the required rent and fees associated with renting the storage unit.
Referral Credit Exclusions: Each Referral Credit is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Referrers are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from any Referral Credit, and responsible for any shipping charges.
Mountain Town Storage, LLC reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any Referral Credit that violates the Mountain Town Storage, LLC Refer-a-Friend Program, such as attempting to gain a Discount through self-referral by using a different email address, name, or distributing a solicitation via commercial advertising or spam. Mountain Town Storage, LLC may delay any Discount for the purposes of investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your move-in, the Referral Credit may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.
