How Do I Rent a Unit from Mountain Town Storage?

To rent one of our safe and secure storage units you can rent a unit seamlessly online by heading over to our Rent Storage page and choosing a unit that best fits your storage needs. Or, give us a call at (706) 480-2777 and have one of our friendly customer service representatives assist you with renting a unit and setting up your Mountain Town Storage account.


When Is Rent Due for My Storage Unit?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as ACH payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, check, or money order payments.


Why Is There a Lock With a Serial Number on My Storage Unit?

We secure both vacant and past due units with locks that have serial numbers. To gain access to the unit you must pay the balance that is outstanding on your account. Once the balance is paid for you can get the code to the lock by doing either of these two items:

  1. Call us at (706) 480-2777, verify your account, and have one of our friendly customer service representatives provide you the 4-digit code.
  2. OR, visit http://davincilockrelease.com and in the drop-downs find "Mountain Town Storage" and the specific street address of the facility you are renting from. Verify your phone number and then you'll be provided the 4-digit code.
After you gain access to the unit, place the lock with the serial number in the dropbox located on site to avoid a lost lock fee :)


How Do I Move Out of My Storage Unit?

When you no longer need to utilize one of our safe and secure storage units there is a couple quick housekeeping items that you need to do to avoid any unnecessary charges.

  1. Provide us with a minimum 5-day move-out notice. You can do so by calling us at (706) 480-2777 or logging into your account and scheduling a move-out.
  2. Remove all your belongings from the unit.
  3. Give us a call at (706) 480-2777 to finalize your move-out and stop billing.
